Do I need to change my software?
No. GreetRep is designed to book into the software you already use. Gymdesk, TeamUp and Glofox come first. For other systems, it sends people your own booking or sign-up link.
Can I still reply myself?
Yes, any time. You still see every conversation, can jump in whenever you like, and GreetRep steps back. Your WhatsApp number stays the same.
Is my members' data safe?
GreetRep is designed around EU and GDPR rules. Each gym gets a data processing agreement, we only collect what's needed to answer and book, and you control your data.
What happens if I stop using GreetRep?
Nothing messy. There's no contract, so you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your gym software (Gymdesk or similar) stays exactly as it was, and any leads and trials we booked stay yours. The website chat switches off the same day, and your WhatsApp and Instagram go back to you answering as before. We delete your gym's and members' data within 30 days, can send you a copy first, and confirm in writing.
What if someone asks something it can't answer?
It passes the conversation to you with the full context. Injuries, medical questions, complaints and refunds always go to a human.
